DAD DANCING at Gloucester Guildhall
23 Eastgate Street GL1 1NS
Well hidden entrance in pedestrian zone opposite M&S! Next to TSB
Part of Strike A Light Festival in Gloucester. Chloë joins a community cast of father-figures, sons and daughters of all ages. We dance through surprising similarities and differences, regrets and sweet memory to a joyful soundtrack of dad linked music.
– The show features three brave dads who agreed to go on stage with their dancing daughters. They explore father-child relationships with dance, humour and playful storytelling. Reclaiming ‘dad dancing’ from the cynics, this dynamic group of performers encourages us all to dance our own dance with joy.
